We hold a safe space for you at a time and place that's convenient
Flexible
Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney runs an appointment-only service for individuals and couples 18 years and over from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We prioritise seeing clients who live in the Northern Sydney region.
Sessions are held in person at our Gordon and North Sydney offices, with parking and public transport nearby.
Please speak with us if a condition or circumstance makes in-person sessions difficult – we may be able to arrange a telehealth consultation instead.
We make sure your sessions work for you.

We're known for our expertise in supporting your mental wellbeing
Trustworthy
Our qualified counsellors draw on a range of evidence-based skills to support you in whatever you’re facing. Maybe you feel stuck, frustrated, or just not like yourself anymore.
Maybe you’re feeling more depressed or anxious than usual, are struggling with some mental health concerns, or are worried about a loved one’s mental health.
Whatever’s holding you back, we understand and can support you with high-quality care that’s as individual as you.
All our counsellors are members of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), and can help you access other services and providers if needed.
With Lifeline, you know you’re in good hands.

We make sure cost isn't a barrier to good mental health
Affordable
Our low-cost face-to-face counselling service uses a sliding scale based on income and individual circumstances.
Individual sessions are $40 (concessions available) or $50 for couples. Generally, a series of 8 to 10 sessions is most helpful, but this will vary with individual circumstances.
If you’re facing financial hardship, please let us know. We may also be able to refer you to Financial counselling.
We make sure cost doesn’t hold you back.
