Our training

Through a combination of evidence-based content, real-life scenarios and interactive learning, this workshop empowers participants with a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of distress, emotional outbursts and aggressive behaviour. It explores how personal and unique factors contribute to challenging interactions and unpacks the psychological and emotional drivers that can influence how people behave under stress.

What will you learn?

Attendees will also learn how to communicate effectively and compassionately during difficult conversations, apply de-escalation techniques to reduce conflict and tension, and set and maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries. Additionally, participants will develop and implement a self-care plan to support their wellbeing in high-stress environments.
